Vanguard Logistics Park (Longmore) Featured in RIBA Commercial Directory 2025

We are delighted to share that the Longmoor project, now known as Vanguard Logistics Park, has been selected as an official case study in the RIBA Commercial Directory 2025. This recognition highlights the collaborative effort behind a development that demonstrates how commercial architecture can connect meaningfully with its natural surroundings.

Celebrating biophilic & sustainable design

Located within the South Downs National Park, the project was developed in close partnership with the South Downs National Park Authority to ensure the design respected, reflected and reconnected with the surrounding landscape.

Through nature-led design choices and a focus on ecological sensitivity, Longmoor demonstrates what is possible when sustainability becomes a guiding principle for commercial development. For Viritopia, its inclusion in the RIBA Directory reinforces the growing importance of biophilic design and its role in shaping healthier, more resilient places for people and planet.
