Wares Farm: A vast industrial site expansion softened with 185m² of exterior living walls, blending urban growth with rural serenity.

The Wares Farm industrial site has undergone a major extension with the main occupant, Berry Gardens Ltd, rapidly expanding and outgrowing its existing premises. The main building of the extension is the size of three football pitches, with 12 HGB loading pays and parking for several hundred cars.
Our works on this development involved design supply and installation of 185m2 of living wall on two exterior facades of the building. Set within a rural area, it was key that this big development lessened its impact on the local village (visual pollution) and local environment.

Located in a protected national park region, this BREEAM Outstanding development sets the standard for sustainable logistics parks.
