This residential property is regarded as one of the largest and most prominent residential properties on the hillside of Queenstown suburb. With sensational views of the lake and surrounding mountains, the property features a stunning living wall that extends the length of a three metre high retaining wall at the rear of the property.

Horizontal - vertical
The steep incline of the site lent itself to a vertical garden, and our certified partners, Oasis, were approached to install a living wall that brought colour and interest to the memorable garden. The living wall complimented the unique architectural design, scale and breathtaking setting of the house. It also included a 90 degree bend in the wall combining a horizontal and vertical garden.
Plant selection
The plants used consist mainly of native and evergreen species planted to a curvilinear design. Consisting of 154 individually planted modules, the living wall is maintained regularly by our New Zealand distributor.
